•  Rename Bluetooth: Before playing any music, you must connect the tablet to the mMS hardware using the MMS App menu. The default hardware name is MINIMIDI. This can be changed to anything you like such as, WurliTzer 105, Mills Violano, Bruder 43, Ruth 33.

•  Pre and Post Play Command and delay: Command notes that can be used to trigger an event before a song begins playing, and then another event after it ends; useful for powering on and off a blower or an instrument. One can also set a delay time between the Pre Play Command and the actual song play; and a delay time for after the song ends prior to playing the Post Play Command note. Plus, the post play delay is retriggerable; if another song begins playing the countdown to Post Play Command is reset and stopped. The STOP button also resets the countdown.

Optional Features:

•  External Relay Output: Power ON and OFF an instrument automatically with song play! Provides a +5VDC, 9.1mA output signal to drive a UL Recognized opto-isolated Solid State Relay (SSR). The signal remains continuously on while songs are playing. It is programmed using custom user settings; pre/post play commands to trigger it, and delay ON time to song play (ex. 5 secs. to build air pressure) and delay time to instrument OFF (ex. 20 secs of no song play, retrigerable). Connection is through the included external SW/RLY Interface cable.

•  External Switch Play: use an external switch to play music (pushbutton switch, coin trip, keyfob RF relay). Set it to 1 thru 254 closures (coin trips) per play; keeps count even while playing. Connection is through the included external SW/RLY Interface cable

•  Authorized Midi File Play Only: Will only play midi files that are specially encrypted and keyed to the mMS hardware. The encrypted midi files cannot be played on other instruments or edited. Available to system installers, source music providers, original arrangers, music resellers.

•  Authorized and Standard Midi File Play: Will play standard midi files and specially encrypted midi files. The encrypted midi files cannot be played on other instruments or edited. Available to system installers, source music providers, original arrangers.

Midi Player: Mini Midi Sequencer+ (mMS)

The Mini Midi Sequencer+ (mMS) is a wireless tablet controlled midi player, designed especially for use on midi enabled automated musical instruments such as a band organ. It works with all midi to parallel interfaces. The mMS reads type 0 midi files from a local SD memory card, decodes and sequences the midi information and streams it to an external device. The hardware is controlled wirelessly via Bluetooth linked to a Fire 7", 8" or 10" tablet. The tablet acts as a remote directory and file name viewer and selector, and has soft keys for Play Selection, Stop, Play Sequential, Play Random, Tempo Change, and more... Can also play without a tablet using the play mode selector switch on the front panel, in continuous random or sequential play. Also, play songs from a playlist that you create using our MMS Playlist Editor App!

•  Tablet control: All midi files are stored on a SD memory card that is local to the mMS  hardware. The tablet connects to the hardware and the midi file names on the SD card are uploaded to the tablet. The songs are shown on the tablet in an alphabetically sorted scrollable list. Select a song by tapping on it, and it plays. The wireless connection range is at least 10 meters (30 feet). One tablet can be used to control multiple mMS instrument installations

 UPGRADE YOUR OLDER HARDWARE  
  Have your hardware upgraded to the latest revision firmware so it's able to use the latest Applications and features! Send us your mMS Player for hardware upgrade. Update the Applications yourself online, or send us your tablet too for upgrade! (must upgrade hardware to work with new Apps and new features)

* Domestic orders without tablets will be shipped USPS Priority mail. Domestic orders with tablets will be shipped UPS Ground. You can purchase and use your own Fire tablet and install the Applications yourself. Tablets cannot be shipped internationally. For international orders, purchase your own tablet locally and install the Applications yourself.
